Feet Carvings of Jesus Christ

Are These Crucifixion Scars? These remarkable footprints were found in the tomb  next to the sarcophagus. This was first reported in the  letter of Maulvi Abdullah  to Mirza Ghulam Ahmad  written at the end of the 19th  Century. The footprints, as indicated in the picture below  by Prof. Dr. Fida Hassnain, clearly show that the  sculptor was depicting the feet of a man who had  been wounded, and he wished to portray this in some  manner

WHY JESUS DID NOT DIE ON THE CROSS

“The standard explanations for the crucifixion of Jesus created a deep mystery of motive and consequence, raising many questions about what truly is God’s plan for our salvation.” The crucifixion of Jesus Christ (peace be upon him) is undeniably one of the most emotionally charged and controversial events in all of religious history. It is also one of the most powerful and political, in that it laid the foundation for Christianity’s main principle of mankind’s spiritual salvation – that Jesus Christ was destined by God to die on the cross for our sins. But is this really God’s or even Jesus’ idea? The facts about what happened to Jesus 2000 years ago have been shrouded in mystery for as long as Christianity has existed as a major world religion. The commonly held views of the events of the crucifixion and the life and purpose of Jesus are well known to virtually every Christian and most others who have come in contact with Western Christian nations. But is this view, in fac

Peace and salvation through the Messiah

Christianity and Islam share an acknowledgment and respect for Jesus and his mother Mary, differing only in the fact that Islam -- while accepting Christ as the messiah for the Israelites -- does not accord Jesus any form of Trinitarian divinity or godhood or physical sonship as do most forms of Christianity. Peace and salvation: two things desperately sought by billions of human beings amidst a depressing reality of economic, social and political upheavals and what seems an unending avalanche of everything except peace and salvation. And yet, in a tantalizing divine promise of hope and redemption, all the world religions have prophesied -- and their followers fervently await -- the coming in the latter days of a divinely-appointed messiah to reform the people and usher in an era of peace and spiritual salvation.

Why crucifixion? Arguments from Bible

W hy crucifixion? Jews wanted him to be killed through crucifixion, so they can prove that Jesus is not a beloved of God, rather the curst of God is on him. Jews could have killed him easily as they were in hundreds of thousands in number and very strong. If killing should had been their desire, they could have done it easily. Just like they paid thirty pieces of silver to one of his disciples, if they would have paid him more, he might he have done this service too. But they wanted him to be crucified so they can prove that he is not from God, rather he is an imposter and a fabricator. If he was from God, than God will definitely save him. May be that was the reason that Jesus was so reluctant to suffer on the cross. A killing by torture

The Healing Properties of MYRRH and why it Proves JESUS didn't die ON THE CROSS

A Christian friend of mine recently sent me an Email detailing the medicinal benefits of myrrh. I was aware in a general sense of the healing properties of this famous resin, which has long been known and used by doctors throughout the ancient world, but it was enlightening to see just how powerful a medicinal substance myrrh truly is. Below is an extract from that Email with a comment to the sender on how this supports a primary contention of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and its founder, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, that Jesus (peace be upon him) survived the crucifixion – i.e., he never actually died on the cross, but was only unconscious when taken down from it – and that he completed his stated mission to gather and preach to the Lost Tribes of Israel. After Crucifixion

We know that during the Crucifixion, Jesus was only on the cross for three to six hours and then taken off. Crucifixion is in fact a very slow, painful death that usually takes 3 days not 3 hours. To speed things along, you can break the legs, thus remove the support and put more pressure on the heart. Both people on either side of Jesus had their legs broken, but Jesus did not, so the question arises of how did he die so quickly? No one examined Jesus’s body to determine death, instead it is stated that a soldier ' pierced his side with his spear, and blood and water gushed out'.  (John 19:34) Now how is that a sign to prove death? It proves the opposite. The heart pumps the blood around the body, when the heart stops, so does the pumping action. So what should have happened is a small amount of blood should have trickled out if he was dead, but if he was still alive, only then would blood gush out. His body was taken to a very spacious tomb and then treated with a hu

Read & Spread the Holy Qur’an – In 53 Languages

Putting plainly: The Holy Qur’an is God’s own message to his creation. God, in there, is communicating directly with the best of His creation i.e. Us – “Humans”. Let me begin:  In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful. [20:115]  Exalted then is Allah  (the-one-God),  the True King!… [32:3]  The revelation of the Book — there is no doubt about it — is from the Lord of the worlds. [35:32]  And the Book which We have revealed to thee is the truth itself, fulfilling that which is before it. Surely, Allah is All-Aware, All-Seeing with respect to His servants. [38:2]  …By the Qur’an, full of exhortation, it is Our revealed word. [38:30]  This is a Book which We have revealed to thee, full of blessings, that they may reflect over its verses, and that those gifted with understanding may take heed. In the Holy Qur’an, God directly addresses US and narrates, as reminder, the history of this planet detailing the ways of past prophets and their people; He in a very clea

Elijah or John : A lesson For Muslims

Book of Malachi says : the Verse is no 5 which says "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and terrible day of the LORD comes.   (Refrence) When Jews asked the Prophet Hazrat Isa (a.s) that where is Elijah ? 10: For this is he of whom it is written: `Behold, I send My messenger before Thy face, who shall prepare Thy way before Thee. 11: Truly, I say to you, among those born of women there has risen no one greater than John the Baptist; yet he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.  12: From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and men of violence take it by force.  13: For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John;  14: and if you are willing to accept it, he is  Elijah  who is to come.  15: He who has ears to hear, let him hear. .  ( Reference ) See here how Hazrat Isa (a.s) called John the Elijah Hazrat Isa (a.s) , the prophet o
